I got hit so hard in our PIAA State Championship game that I thought I died, I blacked out for 10 minutes. I woke up thinking I was in heaven…hahaha…the doc told me that I was about a centimeter or two from being paralyzed. Thank God that didn’t happen or no more football for me. HB’s a harder job than I originally thought, but somebody’s gotta do it.
@eddiepetrie32 yup, stop playing contact sports. They don’t know much and they keep finding out that concussions are more serious than they thought. Four isn’t the end of the world, but take it easy
@pullhp123 you get 6 concussions per year? Dude your not fine. Doctors don’t know much about concussions and are just discovering the long term effects and they’re bad., They mess up your life big time like Alzheimer disease. Stop playing ASAP…
@eddiepetrie32 not true haha i have had 5 and there grade three, i meean i have slower reaction time but no, your fine i basicly know everything about concussions, i get one like every other month and im 14, ur fine

@snowraceplay yea man i played pop warner super bowl and ranked third in thate. im in highschool now, but the revolution speed helmet by riddel is the best damm helmet made, in my opinion, justa refernce on a helmet for the kid to buy. their comfertable and good looking.

It was still a few hours before I got to the hospital. 30 min. tack down , 15 min. drive home, 30 min shower and eating, 10 min. drive to hospital.then 4 hours before I even saw a doctor.
yea it sucked alot. it was painful put now im fine, the bone was out of my skin it looked fucked up but you know cant do anything about it i got rushed to the hospital. and you at less there was a nurse was near you damn i was like a hour drive to my housethen a 20 minute drive to the hospital
The nurse works in a retirement home, not a hospital. But man, your thing with the ATV sounds like it SUCKED.
at less the nurse was there but i broke a leg while driving my atv damn it sucked i was like 1 hour drive from my house and it toke longer because i can’t shift the gear because of my leg it sucks and the atv was totaled lol.

No… the arena was right beside the stable so my instructor does stalls and such while I cool down. When I fell she came running over, as well as a nurse who owns a horse there.

Sideways. I had the reins down and my feet out of the stirrups. He spooked and took off. I had nothing to help me stay on so I fell.

Yah… I spent 4 hours in the emergency room and nobody looked at me. I could have had a seizure and died and nobody would have found out.
