The kit was received and as advertised. It is a good starter kit. The flags swivel on the flag stick so that they can wave whichever way the wind is blowing (this is good as they don’t wrap around the sticks too easily). Whistle works. Referee wallet is OK, nothing too fancy. Red card and yellow card fit in wallet. There were some loose threads on the flags, but nothing that could not be cut off. Otherwise all OK.
